This must date to before 1955 when the company had 5 digit telephone numbers - 66514 and 66515.

Telegrams sent to "Grain" was a more useful code... previously it had been "Excalibur"!

Many thanks to Peter Capnos for this item - it had belonged to his grandfather who worked at Star Flour Mills. Peter dated the pencil to before 1947.
