The Wyndham Arms was at 73 Commercial Street. According to Johns's street directories... in 1888 Mrs Bridget Traynor was running the premises, in 1889 MA Tofte (Mary Ann Tofte) was running it. She (Mary Ann Bechen) had married Carl Gustav Tofte in 1889. By the 1891 Census Mr and Mrs Tofte were running the Royal George in Darlston, Staffordshire. So the token dates to between 1888 and 1891.
