Medals won by P. Holden - 1901, 1902 and 1903-4. Percy Houlden 1905-6 and 1906-7.
White metal, copper, bronze, silver and gold plated silver.
Years 1903 and 1904-5 are not here. The sequence has not been broken by the missing 1903 award. This suggests that the 100% attendance did not have to be for successive years. However the 1904-5 medal is missing, this would have been the yellow coloured medal (see link below).
