G Nocivelli Icecream Seller, 11 Pugsley Street, Newport

Joseph Nocivelli, icecream dealer, lived at 11 Pugsley Street from around 1928 to some time after 1974. The sign on the front has been changed to G. Nocivelli, so it looks like Joseph had retired by the time this photo was taken.
