Leslie Beavan has contacted us to say: "This photo is between 1967 and 1969. It is a picture of my father's cousin, his first name was Geoff. It was to show alfresco drinking that he introduced to Newport after a holiday abroad. He was the landlord of the Lyceum for quite a few years."
