Mr Peter Bolwell is pictured here in the 'rediscovered' hall he found in his shop attic - behind a cupboard door. The ornate ceiling had been hidden for years by a false covering after the building was converted for commercial use in the 1960s.

Mr. Bolwell had plans to convert the attic into a nightclub...
