Robert Wyyn's Road Transport Scammell Lorries

A pair of Scammell six-wheeled, 6-tonned lorries.

These lorries, numbered 52 and 53, registration numbers DW 7652 and DW 7653, were acquired by the firm in 1931... and it would appear that this photo was taken the same day as the photo in the afore mentioned book (p. 13) which is dated to 1931.

As advertised on the vehicles they provided a nightly trunk service between London and South Wales.
